A fully upholstered velvet seat adds rich tones and rests on four oversized cylindrical legs for a contemporary twist. I’m a fan of this camel velvet bench for its clean lines and soft, warm hue - it works particularly well in Scandi-inspired, mid-century or modern farmhouse schemes. Its low profile and chunky oak legs add a touch of natural texture without overpowering a room, so it’s equally at home at the foot of a bed, in an entrance hall or as extra living-room seating.
For styling, try draping a neutral wool throw or a light sheepskin over one end to introduce subtle layering. Position it against a pale wall and accent with a slim console mirror above, or use it alongside a coffee table as informal extra seating. Add a couple of terracotta pots or muted green ceramics nearby to pick out the camel tone and tie the look together.
