The Newmarket Parasol is crafted to mimic the beauty of wood, this parasol offers a sophisticated, natural aesthetic, combined with the durability and strength of modern materials. Enjoy complete shade flexibility with the parasol¿s ability to rotate a full 360 degrees, adjusting coverage throughout the day. The beige canopy features UV50 protection to shield you from harmful sun rays, while being durable and weather-resistant. Its user-friendly design includes a smooth-operating, cast aluminium crank handle for effortless height adjustment, allowing you to control your level of shade with ease. Built with a premium, rust-resistant aluminium pole, this parasol promises long-lasting reliability, making it an essential addition to your garden or patio this summer.

Our Stylist Says

I love this parasol for its understated elegance and versatility. The beige tone makes it a neutral addition that works well in both contemporary and traditional outdoor spaces, adding a touch of sophistication without overpowering the overall aesthetic. It’s perfect for creating shaded areas in garden terraces or patio dining setups, especially when paired with natural materials like wood furniture or woven textures. Practical styling tips include positioning it over a dining table or lounging area to instantly elevate the space, and pairing it with coordinating soft furnishings or outdoor rugs in similar tones for a cohesive look. Its classic design means it won't date quickly, making it a smart investment for long-term outdoor styling.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
