Description

Showcase your favourite crockery in this Newcastle Tall Display Cabinet. Sleek and functional, this piece of furniture is made using powder-coated metal for durability and features multiple shelves for displaying dinnerware, glassware, ornaments, books and more. The two doors with clear tempered glass panels and matt black rough powder-coated steel accents add a contemporary touch to your space.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of this slim black display cabinet for its clean lines and minimal footprint - it suits modern, industrial and Scandi-inspired spaces alike. The metal frame and glass doors keep contents visible without feeling heavy, making it ideal for a living room corner or a hallway nook in a small flat. Styling tips: mix books, sculptural ceramics and a few framed photos, grouping items in odd numbers and varying heights. Leave some breathing space on each shelf so it doesn’t look cluttered, and consider adding a warm LED strip light along the top inside edge to pick out your favourite pieces. A few sprigs of dried flowers or a trailing plant will soften the overall look without distracting from the cabinet’s sleek silhouette.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
