Inspired by contemporary loft style living, our New York sofa collection has been created by the esteemed Danish designer Niels Gammelgaard. Made in Europe, the New York has a minimalist style and sleek, polished chrome feet. The backrest and seat are filled with a sumptuous feather layer for added comfort. Available in a range of luxurious fabrics, this bespoke collection can be tailor-made to complement your room perfectly. Lead time 8-10 weeks. Please refer to our  delivery information. All pieces from this collection will be delivered without the legs attached. The corner sofas will be delivered in two parts. Our delivery specialists will assemble your item for you and take away the packaging.

Our Stylist Says

I love the vintage velvet finish on this two-seater, which adds a touch of luxury without feeling overly formal. It works particularly well in eclectic or mid-century interiors, where its salmon hue can serve as a vibrant focal point. To style it effectively, consider pairing it with cushions in contrasting textures or colours-think deep navy or soft neutrals-to create visual interest. Since it’s a corner sofa, it’s perfect for creating a relaxed, social seating area, especially in a room with plenty of natural light like the one pictured. For practical styling, keep the accessories minimal, letting the rich fabric and colour stand out, while adding rugs or throws to enhance comfort and texture.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
