I’m a big fan of this oak curved-top stool for its clean lines and subtle shaping - the gently scooped seat makes it surprisingly comfortable for a backless design. The light, natural finish works brilliantly in Scandi, coastal or contemporary farmhouse kitchens, especially when paired with pale cabinetry or a painted island in soft grey or sage.
To style it, cluster two or three at a breakfast bar and introduce texture with a woven foot-rest rug or a leather seat pad. Keep surrounding accessories minimal - a single ceramic jug of fresh greenery is all you need.
