Ross Lovegrove has used his expertise by seeking to reveal "the fundamental structures of nature to convert them into a new style language". The delicacy of the motifs and richness of the tracery work are obtained using complex 3D technology. The openwork patterns form a real lacework effect. The ethereal structure plays with transparency and light, projecting beautiful shadows on the wall and ceiling. Like a living fabric, the New Nature lamp seems to be part of a generative process, giving the impression of being in a state of perpetual growth.
