I’m a fan of this sleigh-style king bed for its solid timber frame and gentle curves - it feels substantial without overpowering a room. The neutral wood finish works equally well in a classic country scheme or a more pared-back, Scandi-influenced setting.
To style it, layer with crisp white linens and perhaps a textured wool throw at the foot for contrast. Add a pair of simple bedside tables and wall-mounted lamps to keep the floor clear, and introduce a muted rug that picks up the wood tones to ground the space. A couple of cushions in soft greys or dusty blues will complete a calm, contemporary look.
