In a chic matte black finish, the 2013 Neuro Pendant by Beppe Merlano for Davide Groppi references old electrical wiring, transforming the concept into a simple, contemporary form that can map its way from a socket to wherever you choose. Made up of a plug, cable, series of clamps and an LED encased in a modern powder coated metal shade, Neuro can track across walls and ceilings to eventually hang down and illuminate areas of your space; with five clamps available to position, you can entirely customise the way Neuro moves around your home. Established in the small Italian town of Piacenza, Davide Groppi has been inventing and producing unique lighting solutions since the 1980s with a focus on simplicity, emotion, weightlessness and creative invention.
