Description

The Néroli berber rug. This traditionally crafted wool rug adds warmth to your home with its natural shades. Providing thermal insulation and sound proofing, a rug will bring a warm feel to your home, structure the space and give you a touch of comfort underfoot. AM.PM rugs are premium quality rugs handmade by craftsmen.. Product Details • In 100% wool • Craftsmanship: Hand woven • Weight: 2500g/m² • Pile height: 15 to 18mm. Quality • Wool is a warm and comfortable fibre. In addition to being hard-wearing, the wool carpet is also an excellent thermal and sound insulator.. Care instructions • Some materials such as wool are very fibrous and you can actually observe a piling during the first weeks of use: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect. Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres. The pilling will improve over time. • For maintenance, we advise you to vacuum it very little the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much always without using the brush. • Remove any stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth. • Dry clean recommended. Our Stylist Says

I love this hand knotted wool rug for its understated elegance and versatile appeal. Its neutral tone and textured finish make it a great fit in both contemporary and boho interiors, adding warmth and subtle character without overpowering the space. To style it effectively, I recommend pairing with natural fibres and earthy tones for a relaxed, cohesive look, but it also works well against more modern minimalist décors. Practical tip: place it under a coffee table or in a sitting area to anchor the space, and consider styling nearby with layered textiles or soft accessories to enhance its cosy appeal.

About La Redoute

Founded in 1837, La Redoute brings French-inspired style and elegance to your home. From trendy pieces to enduring essentials, La Redoute provides options to create a stylish and inviting space.

A Legacy of French Fashion

La Redoute has been around for 180 years. It started as a place that made wool products and grew into a popular online store for home and fashion items from France.

They've always tried to bring the unique French style to everyone and have changed with the times, especially in understanding the changing roles of women. For them, it's not just about selling products; it's about celebrating the art of everyday living and the quintessential French "je ne sais quoi".

Sustainability and Environmental Consciousness

La Redoute's commitment to the environment and sustainability is unwavering. They have taken commendable steps like joining the Better Cotton Initiative and ensuring their paper stock comes from sustainably-managed forests.

As a proud member of the Fur Free Retailer Program, they stand against the use of real fur and certain other materials, showcasing their concern for animal well-being.

Their transportation choices, too, echo their eco-conscious ethos. By using means like barges and trains, they actively reduce CO2 emissions, highlighting their drive to make choices beneficial for the planet.

Championing Social Responsibility

Beyond its fashion-forward vision, La Redoute actively champions societal values. Their signature on the UN's Global Compact underscores their commitment to sustainable development.

They take pride in being accessible to all, with their website catering to both the hearing and visually impaired. Moreover, La Redoute's dedication to social causes is evident in their support for equal opportunities, their stand against violence towards women through partnerships like Solfa, and their endeavours to empower employees, fostering a culture of responsible entrepreneurship.
