Created by designer David Geckeler for Muuto, the Nerd chair highlights an innovative junction of the backrest and seat which gives it a strong personality and iconic presence. Very original, this chair was conceived as a reinterpretation of the archetypes of Scandinavian design. It uses wood and craft techniques so dear to his country of origin, Denmark, while freeing itself from tradition via a modern, bold design. Very comfortable, this ergonomically designed chair is available in a multitude of different colours to suit all your decorative desires! Muuto has developed an innovative, ecological water-based paint. As durable as traditional paints, this non-toxic paint emits fewer volatile organic compounds (VOCs) responsible for air pollution.
