Description

Bring an urban styling touch to your interior with the Natasha Ceiling Pendant. This ceiling light comes in a smooth grey finish that fits perfectly with modern kitchens and diners, offering a minimalist aesthetic to the room. The large shade design offers a focused illumination across your surfaces, proving a practical yet stylish lighting solution.

Our Stylist Says

The grey ceiling pendant is a versatile and contemporary choice that adds a subtle yet sophisticated touch to various interiors. I love its clean, understated design, making it adaptable for both modern and minimalist spaces, as well as more industrial or even cosy Nordic styles. Practical styling tips include pairing it with neutral colour schemes or layering with other textures for visual interest. It works particularly well over dining tables, kitchen islands, or in open-plan living areas, where its unobtrusive form allows it to complement the surrounding decor without overpowering it. To enhance its impact, consider balancing the pendant with matching or contrasting accessories, like matte ceramics or textured textiles.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
