Narina shares its name with the beautiful Narina Trogan Bird, native to KwaZulu- Natal in South Africa. Derived from the detailed patterning found on many Ardmore bowls and vases, the Cole & Son design studio have created a soft watercoloured geometric design using the stylised feathers of the Narina Bird to produce a subtle yet unusual semi-plain wallpaper. Displayed here in shades of soot black and snow white. Use on all four walls or hang on one feature wall for an alternative twist, ideal for living room, hallway and bedroom areas. The Narina wallpaper is part of the Cole & Son Ardmore wallpapers collection. Application Method: paste the wall and then apply wallpaper. Pattern match: Straight Match. Vertical repeat: 52cm.
I love this leaf green design because it adds a vibrant yet refined touch to any space. It works particularly well in interiors aiming for a lively, natural feel-think leafy home offices, relaxed lounges, or even a fresh twist in bedrooms. For styling, I recommend pairing it with neutral or wood-toned furniture to let the pattern stand out, and adding tactile elements like woven baskets or linen curtains to enhance the organic vibe. This wallpaper acts as a statement piece but still retains versatility, making it suitable for feature walls or even smaller spaces to inject a pop of colour and pattern without overwhelming the room.
