The designer Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba continues his naturalist exploration. These troublingly realistic small mice are taking over our interiors as if to remind us of the continued link which exists between man and nature. Very fun and quirky, these resin lamps perfectly imitate the small rodents in several postures: standing, sitting and lying down. Instead of a piece of cheese in their paws, they are holding an LED bulb (provided) to lighten our evenings ! By creating this collection, the designer Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba is exploring themes like the relationship between man and nature, art and design, philosophy and they way things are. These sculptural objects, at the boundary between art and design, create a dreamlike, poetic and fantastical world. These little lamps will please both kids and grown-ups! They give off a soft mood lighting.
I love this little mouse lamp for its playful and unexpected twist on traditional lighting. Its gold finish makes it a stylish statement piece that can elevate a modern or eclectic interior, especially in spaces like a quirky study corner, children’s room, or even on a bedside table. It works well when paired with minimalist furniture to add a touch of humour, or alongside other metallic accents to create a cohesive look. Practical styling tips include placing it on a sideboard or shelf where it can be appreciated up close, or using it as a desk lamp to combine function with fun. Its charming design makes it a conversation starter, perfect for adding personality to any room.
