Description

The lighting strip is equipped with motion sensor technology, which means that it can detect movement and turn on automatically. This makes it a convenient and energy-efficient option for areas such as closets, cabinets, or hallways. The motion sensor technology and LED lighting used in the strip make it an energy-efficient option. It uses very little power and can help reduce your energy bills. The lighting strip can be used in a variety of locations in your home, from under cabinets to in closets or hallways. Its compact size also makes it a great option for small spaces where traditional lighting fixtures may not fit.

Our Stylist Says

I love this motion sensor strip for its sleek, minimalist look which makes it incredibly versatile across various interiors. It's particularly well-suited to modern or contemporary spaces, but can also add a subtle touch of functionality in transitional or even Scandinavian-inspired rooms. I’d recommend placing it near walkways, in hallways, or under beds for practical illumination that doesn’t disrupt the overall aesthetic. For a cohesive look, keep the white, clean finish in line with other light fixtures or decor elements, ensuring it blends seamlessly rather than becoming a focal point. Its discreet design makes it perfect for those who want intelligent lighting without compromising style.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
