Description
William Morris's last-ever pattern - made originally for wallpaper - is a mysterious brooding design from 1894. The beguiling tulip heads and unfurling foliage lend the impression the flowers could just lurch free from the covers. The pattern transfers beautifully into bedding with Spring Thickets midnight colouring counterpart on the reverse of the duvet, creating a day and night offset. The single set contains one Oxford pillowcase. All other sizes contain two Oxford pillowcases. John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.
