Description
These worryingly real monkeys are taking over our gardens and terraces. They transform our outdoor spaces into a jungle, as if to remind us that in the very distant past, it was they who peopled the planet! Lots of fun and off the wall, these resin lamps perfectly imitate our primate cousins in a range of positions: standing, sitting, hanging. They hold in their hands, not a banana, but a light bulb to light up our nights and maybe our minds! In creating this collection, designer Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba explores themes such as the relationship between man and nature, art and design, philosophy and play. These sculptural items, straddling the border between art and design, create a dreamlike, fantastic world. This monkey attaches to the wall with the wall fixation supplied. This wall light comes with a cable with a plug on the end to connect to the mains.
