Our Stylist Says
This modern upholstered platform bed in teddy fabric is a great choice for creating a cosy yet contemporary bedroom. I love its plush, soft texture which adds warmth and tactile comfort, making it ideal for relaxed, modern interiors. The light brown shade offers versatility, working well with neutral palettes or richer accent colours. It pairs nicely with minimalist decor for a sleek look or can be styled with layered bedding and textured cushions for a more inviting feel. Practical styling tips include keeping bedside tables uncluttered for an streamlined appearance, and adding a statement throw or cushion to bring in colour and depth to the soft fabric. Overall, it’s a versatile piece that lends itself well to both classic and eclectic bedrooms.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
