Our Stylist Says
I love this open-shelf TV unit for its sleek metal frame paired with natural oak-effect wood, making it versatile for various interiors. It works particularly well in modern, minimalist, or industrial setups, where its clean lines and contrasting materials add a contemporary edge. Practical styling tips include using the shelves to display a mix of decorative objects and media devices, while keeping clutter to a minimum. The open design also encourages a clutter-free, airy look, and you can effortlessly change accessories or add greenery to keep the setup fresh. It’s a stylish choice that balances functionality with a streamlined aesthetic, making it adaptable for both cosy living rooms and open-plan spaces.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
