Our Stylist Says
I love this floor lamp because its modern marble base and sleek white dome shade offer a fresh, contemporary look that works well in minimalist and Scandinavian-inspired interiors. It’s perfect for creating a soft ambient glow in living rooms or cosy reading corners without overwhelming the space. Practical styling tips include pairing it with neutral-toned furniture for a clean aesthetic, or using it as an eye-catching statement piece beside a darker sofa or bed to add contrast. Its streamlined design makes it versatile enough to sit comfortably in both modern and even slightly industrial spaces, making it a reliable and stylish lighting option for a variety of interiors.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
