Description

The pole is made from steel for a tough central core, formed into a tall size to create plenty of overhead light - perfect for placing over sofas, reading armchairs and dining spots. The fabric cylinder lampshade, placed on the top, is light in colour so it lets out the glow of the bulb for a soft and beautiful illumination. There are crystallite beads attached on the end of the lamp, each of which catch both the natural light and bulb light to sparkle beautifully day and night. Finished with easy-use foot pedal to turn on and off.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
