I’m a big fan of the slim-lined Miso desk in black - its clean silhouette and raised lip at the back keep papers and pens neatly contained without adding bulk. The matte finish works particularly well in Scandi, industrial or contemporary home offices, where you can play with texture by pairing it with a soft wool rug or a metal task lamp.
For styling, keep clutter to a minimum: add a slender monitor stand, a simple pen pot and a low-profile desk tray.
