Our Stylist Says
I really like this burnt orange velvet ottoman bed for its bold yet versatile colour and plush texture, which can add warmth and a touch of glamour to various interiors. It works well in both contemporary and vintage-inspired spaces, especially when paired with neutral tones or deep jewel colours. For styled bedrooms, consider keeping bedding and accessories in more subdued shades to let the rich colour of the bed stand out, or go for layered textures like throws and cushions for added depth. Its practicality as a storage solution makes it ideal for making the most of space in smaller rooms or shared bedrooms, while the velvet finish adds a luxe feel that elevates the overall look.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
