Michael Aram Signature Home Scents are weightless, subtle and universal yet exuberant and complex. These fragrances take their inspiration from the same organic motifs that made the artist famous. Comforting notes of Sparkling Grapefruit and Spicy Black Pepper with hints of Royal Vetiver, Tonka Beans and Cedar Wood. The Butterfly Ginkgo candle is inspired by a variety of ginkgo tree known as the "ginkgo biloba", where the leaves grow in such a manner that they are suggestive of butterflies. There is something very poetic about the idea of the ginkgo leaves metamorphosing into butterflies which land back on the branches that bore them.
