Our Harbour Housewares collection of Metal Folding Chairs offers a fantastic flexible seating solution for everything from last-minute house guests to large-scale corporate functions and events. Each chair has been crafted with a high-grade tubular steel frame, giving them the perfect combination of lightness, long-lasting strength and stability. A set of rubber bumpers at the base of each of the four sturdy legs helps to protect hard floors and surfaces from scuffs and scratches whilst helping to protect against slipping. The collapsible design means each chair can be folded flat when not in use, saving on storage and maximising floor space in smaller rooms.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
