Our Stylist Says
I really like the Maytoni spot, as its clean-lined, contemporary design with the gold finish adds a touch of luxury without being over-the-top. It works particularly well in modern or minimalist interiors, and can also elevate a more eclectic space when paired with statement colours and textures. For styling tips, I recommend installing it in a living room or bedroom where you want a subtle but impactful lighting feature, and consider using dimmable bulbs to soften the glow when needed. It’s versatile enough to be used as a statement piece in a cluster or solo, depending on your room size and ceiling height. Overall, it’s a stylish option that combines practicality with a dash of glamour.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
