Offering a sustainable alternative to traditional outdoor furniture, the Ocean Chair was designed by Nanna and Jørgen Ditzel for Mater. Available in black and concrete green finishes, the chair’s seat is crafted using ocean plastic waste and recycled plastic. The chair is supported by a stackable steel frame for added functionality. Furthermore, when the chair reaches the end of its lifespan it can be easily disassembled and recycled. Celebrated for its innovation and sustainable materials, the Ocean collection was honoured with a Wallpaper* Design Award in 2019.

Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
By the 1900s, almost everyone in London knew Heal's for its great furniture. Interestingly, they were also among the first to sell electric lights in Britain. During World War II, their main store even helped by making parachutes for soldiers.
