This live edge dining table showcases the natural beauty of wood. Crafted in solid oak, it’s easily extended with extra leaves, available separately. Great price. Why you'll love it Contemporary industrial style at a truly exceptional price. This oak dining table preserves the natural rustic look of the wood. The live edge means that every dining table is a one of a kind. Solid oak top has a characterful dark wire- brushed and oiled finish. Wire brushed black metal X- shaped legs. Easy to extend with extension leaves, available separately. Only at Furniture Village. This extendable dining table is part of our Mars range. What you need to know This large 180 cm live edge dining table seats 8 unextended. Each table can accommodate up to 2 extension leaves, available separately. Extension leaves slot onto the table’s ends. Each leaf accommodates 2 people. When extended, the woodgrain of the extension leaf will not run in the same direction as the woodgrain of the table. As oak is a natural material, knots and markings are to be expected. Knots may be filled. Avoid placing in direct sunlight or close to heat. Use coasters and placemats. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry with a soft duster. Do not use abrasive cleaning products. To preserve the finish, apply a buffing wax every six months.
I love this dining table for its striking natural edge and contemporary base, which makes it a versatile statement piece. It works well in modern, rustic, or industrial interiors - adding warmth and character to open-plan spaces or more traditional dining rooms. Styling tips include pairing it with minimalist chairs to highlight the natural wood, or adding textured textiles and statement lighting above for extra visual interest. Its durable surface and substantial presence also make it practical for everyday family use, while its unique live edge keeps the look relaxed and inviting.
