Description
"Round and organic, the Marga 2-seater sofa combines design and craftsmanship. Its enveloping, refined shapes create perfect cocooning comfort. The softness of the shapes is highlighted and defined by the total absence of edges and by “haute-couture” details. The soft, woolly fabric was chosen to create an extraordinary tactile effect. Generous dimensions and soft padding: the Marga armchair ensures lasting comfort. The design of this armchair is notable for the quality of the material used and the great care given to its finishes. The wide rounded legs in solid walnut add a warm dimension. The Marga collection consists of an armchair, swivel armchair and sofa. Swedish designer Louise Liljencrantz named her collection after her beloved grandmother, Marga von Dardel, whom Liljencrantz considers the most important model in her life. “My grandmother was an amazing person. She was always in her chair by the window, smoking cigarettes. I came to visit her almost every week and we sat there talking for hours and hours.
