Description
Palermo artist Antonino Sciortino began to forge metal in his father’s workshop at 8 years old, before then starting a career as dancer and choreographer. Returning to his first love of forging at 40 years old, he is today one of the most recognised metal artists in Italy. For Belgian brand Serax, he has created an exclusive collection for the general public. Just like his works, this collection offers variations on spindly metal for airy creations. The Marella pendant showcases a poetic design and a light outline. The light filters through the multitude of metal wires, producing a beautiful show of light that plays with light and shadow. Made completely of metal wires, the Marella pendant offers a graphical effect with a very airy volume.
