Description
A fanned headrest and low profile wrapped in velvet upholstery, handcrafted in the UK. Taking its inspiration from the cosy bedrooms of Kettner's in London, the Manette bed frame features a fanned headrest with contrasting twisted cord detailing throughout. Resting on turned hardwood feet, its low profile is handmade by skilled craftspeople and fully upholstered in velvet, available in our full made-to-order palette.
Our Stylist Says
I love this bed frame for its bold yet sophisticated character. The twisted cord detailing adds a subtle texture that elevates the overall look, making it a statement piece in a bedroom. Its velvet upholstery in Grey Blue makes it versatile enough to work in both classic and contemporary interiors, especially those with colour palettes leaning towards neutral tones or richer, jewel-like hues. When styling, consider pairing it with crisp, contrasting linens or layering with luxe textiles like silk cushions to maximise its luxe appeal. It also works well as a standalone feature in a minimalist space or layered with vintage furniture for a more eclectic vibe. Practical tip: choose bedding that complements the velvet's richness, and keep the surroundings fairly subdued to let the bed frame be the hero.

About Soho Home
From Humble Requests to Global Homes
Soho Home's journey began from a simple love for their unique designs. The brand's inception was sparked by guests' desires to take a piece of Soho Houses with them, cherishing their favourite items from these comforting spaces.
This led to the birth of Soho Home in 2016 with their Barwell crystal glassware. Fast forward, the brand has expanded beyond just a few staples, encompassing a wide array of interior items ranging from furniture and tableware to home fragrances and textiles.

Every location, with its distinct culture and history, serves as a muse for Soho Home's collections. This is evident in their specific pieces, like the elegant Manette bed found in Kettner's or the dazzling Juliana chandelier gracing the DUMBO House.
