Indentations caused by settlement of fillings or body weight are normal and are not considered defects. If used on a slatted bed frame, slats must be no more than 7.5 cm apart. Spaces wider than this may cause excess dipping of the mattress and invalidate the guarantee. Always use a mattress protector. Rotate regularly. Divan base care: Take care when opening and closing the ottoman base and do not sit on the bed with the ottoman in the raised position.
