I’m a fan of this oak chest for its clean lines and solid build - the natural grain brings warmth without overwhelming a space. It sits neatly in Scandi, contemporary or country-style rooms, and the simple metal knobs keep the look unfussy. Practical styling is all about balance: try a slender table lamp and a small plant or a stack of books on top, then hang a round mirror or simple artwork above to keep the eye moving. Inside the drawers, use fabric or bamboo organisers to separate linens, clothing or desk supplies, so you get both a tidy finish and easy access to your bits and bobs.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
