A wool rug is also an excellent thermal and sound insulator. Care Advice • Some materials such as wool are very fibrous and you can actually observe a piling during the first weeks of use: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect. Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres. The pilling will improve over time. • For maintenance, we advise you to vacuum it very little the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much always without using the brush. • Remove any stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth. • Dry clean recommended. I love this hand-woven wool rug for its versatility and natural texture, which add warmth and subtle colour to a variety of interiors. It works particularly well in both contemporary and traditional spaces, offering a cosy foundation without overpowering other design elements. Practical styling tips include layering it with larger, neutral-toned rugs to create visual interest or pairing it with modern furniture for a balanced, understated look. Its durable wool composition also makes it a sensible choice for high-traffic areas like living rooms and hallways,, ensuring it remains stylish and functional over time.
