Description

The strong and durable stone effect construction is fire and moisture resistant, meaning the pit can withstand high temperatures and all sorts of weathers without causing any damage. In addition, the magnesium oxide construction is a high thermal conductor, warming the pit up quickly and efficiently meaning you and your guests will feel its benefits in rapid speed. The adjustable heat dial allows you to select the ideal temperature for you, reaching up to 400. C when running for just 5 minutes, and can reach temperatures of up to 600. C when running for 30 minutes! Its 360 access provides even heat emission and distribution while fuelled by gas, meaning it does not emit smoke, producing less air pollution and is more environmentally friendly.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
