Description
With large, squashy cushions and curved arms that soften its angular lines, the Lyle teal herringbone wool mix fabric 3 seater sofa is a relaxed, contemporary design. Perched on chromed ski legs, the inviting 3 seater sofa's narrow frame allows a generous seat for its size;its cushions have a neat tucked detail on their corners and are removable for regular plumping. The 3 seater sofa is hand made to order and is part of the Lyle range, available in various sizes with fabric or leather upholstery in a choice of colours.
Our Stylist Says
I love this sofa for its striking teal hue and the classic herringbone wool mix fabric, which adds texture and depth to any space. It works particularly well in contemporary interiors with clean lines, but can also be layered into more eclectic or mid-century settings for a pop of colour. Practical styling tips include pairing it with neutral cushions and layered throws to soften the look, or contrasting with boldly patterned accessories for visual interest. Its sleek design and versatile colour make it a great anchor piece that can adapt to both minimal and more maximalist decor schemes.

The Birth of Habitat
In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.
The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.
Rapid Expansion & Legacy
Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.
The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.
Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.
Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.
Innovation & Collaboration
Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.
Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
