Description
Designer Alessandro Zambelli revisits everyday objects to create decorative marble pieces: forms engraved into collective memory revisited in a totally unexpected material! This original decoration is an epitome of anti-conformity. Halfway between art and design, these humour and creative-filled creations can be displayed all over the house: you can arrange them together or spread them out with little touches. Sport is an integral part of human life, and has been since the antique Greek era. Alessandro Zambelli's Lvdis collection is a nod to the antique Roman games. Dumbbells, kettlebells and discus are all reworked in precious marble, a unique material that evokes the classics that inspired the collection. A project setting out to transform physical exercise into a declaration of admiration for aesthetics and design.
