Description

The Scandi Berber range blends two popular design styles, Scandi and Beni Ourain Berber, creating a timeless and elegant look. It is machine woven with pure polypropylene pile, offering both durability and exceptional value. The Scandi Berber range holds certification from OEKO TEX, ensuring it has been tested for harmful substances. It is also made using sustainable practices and under socially responsible working conditions. When you receive your rug, re-roll it in the opposite direction to help reduce curling. Allow two to three days for the rug to settle and lay flat. If you notice a loose thread, carefully cut it with scissors. Turn the rug regularly to promote even wear. For spills, blot the area with a clean, dry white cloth and refrain from rubbing.

Our Stylist Says

This shaggy navy rug is a fantastic choice for adding texture and colour to a range of interior styles, especially Scandi or contemporary spaces. I love its soft, plush finish which creates a cosy, inviting feel underfoot, making it ideal for living rooms or bedrooms. Styling tip: pair it with neutral furniture and simple accessories to let the rug be the statement piece, or mix it with lighter shades of blue or grey for a monochrome look. Its compact size makes it versatile for smaller areas or as an accent piece in larger rooms. To keep it looking fresh, regular vacuuming with a gentle suction is best, and avoid overly damp cleaning to preserve its plushness.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
