I’m fond of these copper bar stools for their sturdy metal frame and warm patina, which slot nicely into industrial, modern farmhouse or loft-style kitchens. Their slim profile means they won’t overwhelm a smaller island, and the built-in footrest keeps comfort in check. To style them, layer on a slim seat pad or simple leather cushion in a contrasting shade, and pair with pendant lighting that echoes the copper tone. They work equally well against concrete worktops or a white shaker island, and you can soften the look further with natural-fibre rugs beneath.
