"Mythical and iconic, the Luxembourg collection equips the LUXEMBOURG garden in Paris. Designed by Frédéric Sofia, the Luxembourg range is the emblem of French design, an expression of French culture. Full of lightness, this aluminium furniture aspires to joie de vivre and togetherness. Simple and popular, its design recalls the school chair anchored in our collective heritage. This Luxembourg stool is made entirely of aluminium: a light, anti-corrosion material for optimal resistance to the most demanding weather conditions and uses, even by the sea. Handy, light and stackable, it comes with silent pads and a carrying handle. The 3-dimensional curved end slats and the back rest provide good seating comfort. Frédéric Sofia: “By designing furniture to go with the Jardin de Luxembourg armchair, I sought subtle lines which respect the so-French style of the 20s which invite people to discover the simple pleasures of time passed in the secret of their own garden. ” Made in Design is offering this Luxembourg stool in a variety of colours which offer so many options to create your own outdoor or indoor décor.
