Our Stylist Says

I love this Lucky Waving Cat wall clock for its playful and cheerful vibe, making it a fun focal point in any space. Its vibrant red hue instantly adds a splash of colour and personality, making it ideal for casual living areas, children’s rooms, or even quirky kitchens. The cute waving cat design works well with contemporary or eclectic interiors, providing a charming contrast to more minimalist or neutral schemes. For styling tips, place it at eye level on a feature wall to enhance its visual impact, and consider pairing it with other Japanese-inspired or eclectic accessories for a cohesive look. It’s a practical piece that also injects a touch of whimsy, perfect for those wanting to add character without sacrificing functionality.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
