Description

Supremely comfortable leather reclining armchair Made from super soft leather, this compact reclining armchair is ideally suited to smaller rooms. The padded backrest offers excellent lumbar support, and the foam filled armrests add an extra touch of comfort. This reclining armchair can be used in three different positions. Use as a regular armchair with the footrest down and the back in the upright position. Extend the footrest to provide support for your legs. Or extend the footrest and fully recline the back of the chair. The back and footrest are easily released by gently pulling the latch on the side of the chair. To return the chair to the upright position, press down on the footrest and the reclining chair will lock back into the upright position.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of this black leather recliner because it combines comfort with a clean, contemporary look. The smooth faux-leather upholstery and neat stitching read well in modern or industrial-leaning living areas, while the reclining function makes it a practical choice for a snug media corner. To style it, pair with a low-profile sofa in a contrasting shade - think soft greys or muted tans - and introduce a chunky wool throw to soften the leather’s sheen. A slim, adjustable floor lamp beside it will highlight its contours and provide reading light without cluttering the space. Finish with a small side table holding a tray or stack of books to keep essentials within easy reach.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
