Description

Our Lowther design ottoman storage bed frame ensures you get a good night sleep by combining style with practicality. The lift-up ottoman storage base is perfect for storing your bedding and personal bits and bobs. The sturdy ottoman strut frame has a maximum mattress weight limit of a whopping 70kg, and storage is accessible from the foot end of the bed. The simple modern design features clean lines, grey velvet upholstery and a simple stitched headboard.

Our Stylist Says

I love the Lowther grey velvet ottoman bed for its sleek, contemporary look and practical storage solution. Its plush velvet upholstery adds a touch of luxe to modern or transitional interiors, while the grey tone ensures it complements various colour schemes. It works particularly well in minimalist, Scandinavian, or even eclectic spaces where understated elegance is key. For styling, consider pairing it with textured bedding and layered cushions in coordinating shades or subtle patterns to soften the look. Adding a few decorative storage baskets inside the base can keep essentials organised without disrupting the clean lines. This bed is perfect for bedrooms where space-saving storage is a priority without sacrificing style.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
