I’m a fan of this simple pine bed because its clean lines and low footend keep the focus on natural wood grain, making it incredibly versatile. It works particularly well in Scandi-inspired rooms, coastal retreats or relaxed farmhouse schemes. The light pine pairs easily with soft grey walls or muted pastels and brings a sense of airiness even in smaller spaces.
For styling, go for crisp white or linen bedding with a textured throw in a contrasting colour to add depth. Tuck storage baskets under the frame to keep clutter out of sight, and balance each side with pared-back bedside tables in white or pale wood. Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
