Our Stylist Says
I love this doormat for its charming, handmade feel and warm brown tone, which makes it a versatile addition to many homes. It works particularly well in cosy, rustic, or eclectic interiors, where it adds a touch of personality and a welcoming vibe. For practical styling, it pairs nicely with neutral or wooden flooring and can be layered with textured or patterned rugs inside for a layered look. To keep it looking fresh, regularly shake out debris and give it a gentle clean. This piece is perfect for adding an inviting first impression, whether at the front door of a country cottage or a modern home with a bit of vintage charm.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
