Description

Bring understated elegance to your home with the Loft Diamond Cushion in Taupe. The intricate diamond pattern provides a touch of texture, while the neutral taupe hue blends seamlessly with any decor style. Crafted from soft, durable fabric, this cushion is both stylish and comfortable, making it the perfect addition to sofas, beds, and armchairs.

Our Stylist Says

I really like the Loft Diamond Cushion in taupe for its subtle pattern and versatile colour. It works well in both modern and traditional interiors, adding a touch of texture without overwhelming the space. This cushion is perfect for layering on neutral sofas or beds, where it can bring warmth and visual interest. For practical styling tips, try pairing it with darker or contrasting cushions to create a layered, inviting look, or use it as a stand-alone statement in a minimalist setting. Its understated elegance makes it a smart choice for adding softness and depth to a room.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
