Our collection of famous faces will stop doors in their tracks. Crafted from Alstonia wood these decorative door wedges are hand-painted, giving each character unique details. The perfect gift to bring charm and whimsy to any home. H4 x L21. 5cm. Made of Alstonia wood. Handpainted with a durable matte finish that is incredibly scratch resistant. Part of a community scheme based in Sri Lanka aimed at the empowerment of men and women based in rural areas. Unpainted doorstops, paints and tools are delivered to Sri Lankan communities and once painted and completed are paid for on collection. This allows people in rural communities to earn an income whilst going about their daily routines. Due to the hand-painted nature of this product, the exact colour, design, and finish may vary.

About Graham & Green
The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand
In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.
The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.
Evolution through Generations
Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.
They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.
Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.
Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.
Milestones and Memories
Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.
They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
