Description

With a crisp painted finish, this Little Acorns double width wardrobe will look right at home in your baby's nursery. The sleek and simple design ensures that it will look great with any decor, and the spacious interiors make it a practical choice too. Inside you'll find 2 x hanging rails, 1 removable for larger/longer clothes as the child grows and 2 open shelves (again 1 removable) which are ideal for storing and organising your little one's clothes, shoes and accessories. This wardrobe can continue to be used for many years. Good to know: The wardrobe comes flat packed in three boxes Two people recommended for assembly.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of the Acorns double wardrobe for its clean lines and sturdy feel - its simple white finish makes it a low-effort match for most schemes, from Scandi and coastal to pared-back contemporary. The tall, two-door design gives generous hanging space and, if you add a shelf or two inside, it easily doubles as a shoe or accessory display. To style it, keep the top clear or group matching baskets and a small plant for texture without clutter. Inside, uniform wooden hangers instantly lift the look, and stick-on hooks on the inside doors are great for belts or scarves. A fluffy rug in front will anchor the piece and soften the edges.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
