Description

Cool and refined, the Liso Bedspread in Grey brings a contemporary edge to your bedroom or lounge, and its soft grey tone works beautifully with minimalist or industrial schemes. The dimpled texture adds depth and visual interest, while the generous 165x240cm size makes it ideal for layering over beds or sofas. It s a stylish staple that combines comfort with understated elegance.

Our Stylist Says

I love the Liso Bedspread in grey for its versatile and contemporary appeal. Its understated colour and subtle texture make it a great addition to both modern and minimalist bedrooms, but it also pairs well with richer, layered interiors for a more eclectic look. It’s perfect for adding a layer of warmth without overpowering your existing decor. For styling tips, try layering it over a simple, crisp duvet and accentuating with matching or contrasting cushions to create depth. It works particularly well in bedrooms with a neutral palette, helping to add a touch of texture and sophistication while remaining practical and easy to care for.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
