Description
This high gloss Lira chrome extending dining table is the perfect solution for an adaptable modern home. Its size fits snug in a small space and extends from 100cms to 140cms to bring a fresh and vibrant feel to your dining space. But this high gloss table is as functional as it is stylish. The eye-catching gloss finish is easy to wipe clean, making it a versatile family-friendly investment. Plus, the four white burst legs are specially positioned to accommodate the extension of the dining table, allowing for more space and extra chairs. The extending function is simple. The table top separates on a smooth sliding mechanism with the extension pieces cleverly concealed underneath. This lifts out easily to unfold and create additional space, enough to fit four people around in comfort, and up to six people when extended. The Willow is a premium modern chair that ticks all the boxes. They are comfortable, look incredible and don't cost a bomb. These eye-catching chairs are fully padded throughout and have an ergonomically designed back support to maximise comfort. They also feature half-moon chromed feet, which give these chairs a sturdy base. The curved design gives the Willow chair a contemporary elegance that would complement any modern dining area.
Our Stylist Says
I love this set because it offers a modern yet versatile look that can elevate a range of interiors, from contemporary to transitional spaces. The extending feature of the table makes it practical for both everyday family meals and larger gatherings. The cappuccino chairs add warmth and sophistication, pairing well with neutral palettes or contrasting beautifully against lighter colour schemes. For styling, consider adding a statement centrepiece or colourful placemats to make the table feel welcoming. Placing it near a window or in a well-lit area enhances its clean lines and emphasises its modern appeal. This set is particularly effective in open-plan kitchens or dining rooms that benefit from a piece with both style and functionality.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
