Our Stylist Says
These linen dining chairs with solid wood legs are a great option for adding a touch of understated sophistication to a dining space. I love how their simple, clean design makes them versatile enough to suit both modern and traditional interiors. The walnut finish gives a warm, inviting feel while maintaining a contemporary look. They work particularly well in neutral or earthy-toned schemes, and can be dressed up with cushions for added comfort or a pop of colour. For styling tips, consider pairing them with a wooden or glass table to keep the aesthetic cohesive; they also complement both casual breakfast setups and more formal dining spaces. Practical for everyday use, they’re sturdy yet lightweight enough to move around easily, making them a functional addition for family homes or entertaining spaces.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
